A seriously disabled five year-old orphan from Petroşani is humiliated by the Romanian state. The girl was deprived of her right to a full-time caregiver after local authorities had her degree of disability re-assessed. The aunt who rescued her from an orpahanage is fighting a cruel system which creates new obstacles all the time, because the poor woman doesn't have enough bribe-giving money.
