Dorin Cocoş has admitted all corruption charges in the Microsoft case. Nicolae Dumitru, a.k.a. "Niro", did the same. The two told Judges how they and their accomplices embezzled dozens of millions of dollars from the Romanian state by selling Microsoft licenses. Former Minister Gabriel Sandu declared in Court that he had reached an agreement with Dorin Cocoş and Gheorghe Ştefan to finance Traian Băsescu's presidential election campaign with four million euros from the money given by Microsoft.
