State seems oblivious to sorry state of crops

The ongoing draught is wreaking havoc to this country's crops. Romanian farmers say they won't even recover their investments this year. Early assessments by the League of Agricultural Producers Associations forecast two billion euros in losses this season. Farmers have only one hope left: to be compensated by the Romanian state for their losses, but Ministry officials have no data so far on the sorry state of agriculture in 2015.
