Tougher sentences fosr assaults on officers

Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel Oprea has tougher penalties in store for people who assault police officers. The Interior Minister has come up with a draft amendment to a couple of articles in the Criminal Code. This announcement was made shortly after a traffic police officer was seriously injured by a millionaire of Turkish descent.
